“How” - the most important question of all.
You may have noticed that this website provides information about the T.O.S.S Party by answering some very basic questions: “who, what, where, when, why, & how.” Of these, “How” is the most important. It is also a two part question. For by answering the question “How” we find explanations of both the problem we are trying to solve-bad government-and the solution we are trying to implement. So, these two different aspects of the question “How” will be discussed separately.
